WAREHOUSE 1

​This warehouse is a state of the art facility enclosing the total of 73,782 sqft. The concrete slab was designed, engineered and constructed to support the facility, stored goods and daily operations.

​

Pre-engineered structural steel building has been engineered and installed to ensure superior solutions for all facets of operations. The modular office complex within the warehouse is approximately 2,300 sqft with a three wall system, complete with furniture and furnishings.

WAREHOUSE 2

This warehouse spans a total of 22,000 sqft.

The structure is made of durable neoprene fabric and light steel structural members. Insulation is easily installed and easily deconstructed, if necessary, saving the client time, money, and hassle. The wall to wall clear span design allows for versatile and efficient use and maximizes usable space and functionality.
