Jaguar Oilfield Services Launch a Success

Jaguar Oilfield Services launches in Guyana to provide safe, trusted products and services to the emerging oilfield industry in Guyana.


A new Oilfield Services company was on Wednesday afternoon launched in Georgetown Guyana, through a partnership between locally owned Mines Services Limited, TOTALTEC and Trinidadian Process Components Limited.


Jaguar Oilfield Services is managed by Jim Steven who served in the engineering and the oil and gas sector for several decades in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.


Providing technical and commercial advice is TOTALTEC –a Petroleum and Maritime Academy launched in February, 2018.


Lars Mangal, Chair of TOTALTEC noted that the joint undertaking fast-tracks participation in the emerging industry. “Part of the vision is also to create a world class facility for international companies looking to start operations in Guyana,” he said.

Jaguar Oilfield Services Guyana, Inc. offers various rigging equipment and services including inspection of general lifting equipment and calibration of pressure gauges and relief valves.
